End User License Agreement (EULA) - Assets

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, ACCESS, OR USE THE PRODUCT. This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Texxary UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”), and governs your use of the textures, 3D models, and digital assets (“Product”) obtained from the Library at lamron.texxary.com.

Scope Clarification: This EULA applies strictly to the downloadable assets (textures, models, etc.). It does not apply to the Lamron AI generation tools, software, or processing services, which are governed by the Terms of Service.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and perpetual license to download and use the Product for both personal and commercial projects, subject to the restrictions set forth below. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Unlimited Commercial Use: You may use the Product in any commercial or non-commercial project (e.g., video games, movies, architectural visualizations, graphic design) without any revenue cap or limit.
  • Modification: You may modify, combine, or adapt the Product to suit the needs of your specific project.
  • Embedded Content: You may distribute the Product only as an inseparable part of a larger project (e.g., inside a compiled game or a rendered video) where the primary value is not the Product itself.

3. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

While the assets are free to use commercially, you strictly cannot do the following:

  • No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, license, sub-license, rent, lease, or distribute the Product (modified or unmodified) as a standalone file, asset pack, or stock material.
  • No Open Repositories: You may not upload the Product to public repositories, file-sharing websites, or AI training datasets where the raw files can be easily extracted by third parties.
  • No Exclusivity: Since this is a non-exclusive license, you cannot claim ownership or exclusivity over the Product. You cannot register the Product (or derivative works that predominantly feature the Product) for trademark or copyright protection in a way that would prevent others from using the original Product.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Product.
