End User License Agreement (EULA)

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD, ACCESS, OR USE THE PRODUCT. This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Texxary UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”), and governs your use of Lamron at lamron.texxary.com (the “Service”). It is split into two sections:

  • AI Generated Content — images you upload and the images Lamron generates from them.
  • Downloadable Materials — textures, 3D models, and other digital assets (“Materials”) downloaded from the Library.

This EULA works alongside our general Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service as a whole (accounts, credits, liability, etc.). Where the two conflict on the topics below, this EULA controls.

1. AI Generated Content

This section covers images and materials you upload to Lamron's AI tools, and the output Lamron generates from them (normal maps, height maps, upscales, delighted textures, and any other AI-processed result).

  • Ownership of uploaded content: You retain ownership of any images you upload. You do not transfer ownership to Texxary by uploading - you only grant the limited processing license described in the Terms of Service.
  • You confirm you have the necessary rights: By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you own it or otherwise have permission to use and process it, and that doing so does not infringe on any third party's rights.
  • Processing: Lamron processes your uploaded images using AI models to generate new images (e.g. normal/height maps, upscaled or delighted textures) on your behalf.
  • Commercial use permitted: You may use the images generated by Lamron from your uploads for any personal or commercial purpose.
  • No revenue cap: There is no revenue limit or usage cap on AI generated content - it can be used in projects of any size or commercial value.

2. Downloadable Materials

This section covers the textures, 3D models, and other digital assets (“Materials”) you download from the Lamron Library, in their original, unmodified form as provided by Texxary or published by community authors.

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to download and use Materials, subject to the restrictions below. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.

  • Commercial use permitted: You may use downloaded Materials in commercial and non-commercial projects (e.g. video games, movies, architectural visualizations, graphic design).
  • Revenue cap - Standard license: Commercial use is included at no extra cost for companies (and individuals) with annual gross revenue of up to €1,000,000.
  • Above the cap - Enterprise license required: Companies with annual gross revenue above €1,000,000 require an Enterprise license to use downloaded Materials commercially. Contact us at support@texxary.com to obtain one.
  • Modification: You may modify, combine, or adapt Materials to suit the needs of your specific project.
  • Embedded use only: You may distribute Materials only as an inseparable part of a larger project (e.g. inside a compiled game or a rendered video) where the primary value is not the Material itself.

Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

Regardless of license tier, you strictly cannot do the following with the original downloadable Materials:

  • No redistribution or resale: You may not sell, license, sub-license, rent, lease, redistribute, or resell the original Material (modified or unmodified) as a standalone file, asset pack, or stock material.
  • No rehosting: You may not upload or rehost the original Material to public repositories, file-sharing websites, other libraries, or AI training datasets where the raw files can be extracted or redistributed by third parties.
  • No exclusivity: Since this is a non-exclusive license, you cannot claim ownership or exclusivity over a Material, nor register it (or a derivative work that predominantly features it) for trademark or copyright protection in a way that would prevent others from using the original.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected content and destroy all copies, full or partial, in your possession.
