These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://lamron.texxary.com (the “Service”) operated by Texxary UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Texxary”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Lamron, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Texxary reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Lamron solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to upload, share, or process any illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

4. User-Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for all files, data, and materials you upload or process through Lamron. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use the uploaded content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

By uploading data, you grant Texxary a limited license to process and temporarily store that data for the purpose of providing the Service. If you check the option to allow your uploads to be used for AI training, you grant Texxary a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to store and use that data indefinitely for internal model improvement and research.

5. Credits and Payments

Lamron operates on a credit-based system. Users can purchase credit packs via credit card using Stripe. Purchased credits can be used to access tools and features within the Service.

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
  • Texxary reserves the right to adjust pricing and credit costs at any time.

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

The Service uses AI models hosted and maintained by Texxary to process user-provided data. The results are generated automatically and depend on the quality and nature of the input data. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the generated output. All results are provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Lamron, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Texxary UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texxary and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failures. Texxary’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Texxary does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the results obtained will meet your expectations.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be Lübeck, Germany.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal obligations. The most current version will always be available at lamron.texxary.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
